Proposed updates to the PTA bylaws.  The only changes made were:

- to lower the number on the Nominating Committee from 5 to 3
- to bring the bylaws into alignment with the Illinois PTA bylaws where they have made changes since ours were updated two years ago.
- Change references from PTSA to PTA.

The Bylaws Committee consisted of Holly Petersen and Dee Kolar.
